AI Processing and Third Parties

We use Anthropic's Claude AI to process and extract data from your lease documents. When you upload a document, the text content is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic processes this data according to their privacy policy and does not use your data to train their models when accessed via their API.

We use Supabase to store your account information and extracted lease data. Your data is stored securely in Supabase's infrastructure.

Data Retention

We retain your account information and lease data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
